On Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 March, the 10th meeting organised by the MSC under the title “Better together” will take place at the Palamós Fishing Museum.

Cristina Mañas, manager of the Palamós Fishermen’s Guild, will take part in a round table discussion on “advances in fishing programmes and projects towards MSC sustainability”, where she will talk about the Medfish project carried out in the Palamós Guild.

During the conference, topics such as the advances in MSC programmes for sustainable fishing, the progress of the ASC sustainable aquaculture programme, the measures applied by the business sector to be committed to sustainability issues and how to communicate sustainable fishing to the end consumer will be discussed.

In addition, during lunch on Wednesday 6th and breakfast on Thursday 7th, dishes made with fish from Palamós will be served. Product caught by our fleet and handled and preserved by our Palamós Fish Workshop.
