On Wednesday, 5 November 2025, OPP Palamós will hold a training session specifically designed for skippers and vessel owners, focusing on the management of fishing crews.Titled “Crew and team management on fishing vessels”, the session will introduce tools for improving leadership, communication, and motivation onboard. It will also offer strategies to enhance teamwork and performance, helping skippers build stronger coordination with their crews.
