On Tuesday, 4 November 2025, the Palamós Producers Organisation (OPP) is hosting a training session exclusively for crew members and deckhands, aiming to provide tools for empowerment and encourage professional development in the fishing sector.Under the title “Empowerment tools session”, the training will focus on promoting a more active role onboard, with increased autonomy and responsibility.
